Customizing her process to fit her clients’ individual needs, Karen Stroble ensures every buyer and seller receives a white-glove experience. As a broker associate with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, Stroble uses her knowledge as a longtime resident of the North Shore to serve residential clients from all price points and demographics, including investors, luxury buyers and first-time buyers.
A former award-winning digital marketing professional for Conde Nast and Prime Publishing, where she worked with brands like Martha Stewart Living, Traditional Home Magazine, PBS and House & Garden, Stroble indulged her passion for real estate by attending builders and design trade shows. Applying everything she learned from her background in home/shelter publications and her experience at industry events to navigate her own home-renovation process, Stroble found a natural second career path. “During my years in corporate advertising sales, I learned that surprising and delighting your clients makes a difference,” says Stroble, adding that her expertise in digital-marketing strategies positions her to get her clients’ properties off the market in no time.
Constantly recognized for her persistence and patience, Stroble jumps on a good opportunity when she sees one, never letting a client’s dream home slip out of their hands. “I will always go the extra mile for my clients, whether that means conducting narrated virtual tours or sending video messages, providing additional market research or tapping additional industry experts to cater to a client’s niche property needs,” Stroble explains.
In addition to working as a broker, Stroble is a Hatha yoga instructor and a volunteer at North Shore Exchange. Together with her son, a newly appointed CPA at Ernst and Young, she has hosted golf events to fundraise for the American Heart Association in honor of her late ex-husband.
