Born and raised in the Arlington Heights neighborhood and still raising her family there but enjoying a second home now in the Naples area, Majerczak’s “hometown pride” is a well-traveled component of both life and career.
“I’m staying on top of two different markets in two states and traveling weekly for clients,” she says of her trademark hustle and client devotion. “I may be traveling back and forth, but I never let my clients feel I wasn’t 100 percent there for them.” Previously a bond trader who was “always on,” negotiations are one of Majerczak’s superpowers. But her move into real estate came out of a necessity to continue serving clients while also being present for her family.
“I never take no for an answer,” she says. “I put myself in my client’s shoes and I never lose sight of the fact that I’m dealing with a lot of clients’ biggest investment ever.” Known for her responsiveness and knowledge, Majerczak earns tons of referrals and repeat customers for her outside the box approach and devotion to complete client satisfaction. “I even scored an off-market listing for a buyer client last year in an extremely competitive market, and it was perfect for them,” she says of her 2020 highlights.
