Dan Fowler, broker associate with @properties got a young start with his interest in real estate, inspired at an early age by his own father who owned multi-unit buildings. “I’ve lived here my entire life and know the neighborhoods well,” Fowler says. “Now with my active marketing on social media, I’m able to bring clients listings and updates to my market in real-time, showing off homes in the most luxury way possible and generating true demand.” Clients say they appreciate Fowler’s trustworthiness and honesty, which provides them confidence and calm during a stressful process.
“I try to strike a great balance of pointing out pros and cons of a property while remaining neutral for my clients,” Fowler says. Bringing market expertise, transparency and willingness to go above and beyond to the process, Fowler says, is how he creates a fun and smooth transaction process for buyers and sellers alike.
In 2020, Fowler achieved an impressive $20M in sales, while his Fowler Group team closed over $30M. With a team of five agents working under him, all new to the industry, Fowler says he finds mentoring and team building to be incredibly rewarding. And most of all, Fowler says, he’s proud to have ranked 152 out of the Top 250 agents in Chicago for sales volume. “That was probably one of my biggest accomplishments to date,” he says.
