Anya Rivtis, Broker

Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty

Described as a “Chicago Wizard,” Anya Rivtis keeps her finger on the city’s pulse and her eyes on the market. “I love to help people and educate them so they can make informed decisions,” says Rivtis, a broker with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty. Working with residential buyers, sellers and investors throughout the country, Rivtis maintains the highest-quality service and ensures the best outcomes, all while fostering lively and collaborative relationships with her clients.

A former mortgage professional with more than a decade of lending experience, Rivtis became a liaison and project manager for a general contractor/developer. She worked on developments like the Hayden in the West Loop and spearheaded projects nationwide before ultimately earning her brokers license in 2017. “Coming from the mortgage industry enables me to help my clients understand their finance options and answer all of their questions,” she explains, adding that she’s also able to call upon the connections she has made during her time in the construction industry to help with her clients’ remodeling needs.

Appreciated for her accommodating nature and competitive drive, Rivtis sets realistic expectations and never makes a promise she can’t keep. As an advocate for her clients, Rivtis prioritizes their goals and needs above all else and continues to be a valuable resource even long after the transaction is complete. “I try to make the process stress-free and easy,” she says. “I want them to let me worry about all the details and handle any issues that may arise.”

Immigrating from Ukraine in 1989, Rivtis grew up in the northwest suburbs before moving to the city, where she currently resides. She’s fluent in Russian and passionate about volunteering, traveling, playing golf, boating and cooking. Rivtis is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
