Allison Silver, founding broker of Compass Highland Park, is having a stellar year in 2021, launching Compass Highland Park and seeing the culmination of nearly two decades of career building. A true pro when serving first-time homeowners, new-construction and luxury clients alike, Silver has built a business in the Northshore and northwest suburbs, a place she also calls home.
“I want clients to feel like family because I’m so grateful for them,” Silver says. “I have incredible loyalty and get five-star reviews for being honest, working hard and bringing strong negotiation skills to the table.” Silver was published in a Realtor-focused publication regarding her own art of negotiation, a key feature of her skillset.
Using innovative marketing that sets her apart from her competition, Silver positions listings for a quick sale at maximum value, ensuring clients are ready and excited to take the next steps to invest in their dreams. A teacher before entering real estate, Silver tries to educate clients before they make one of the largest and most important investments of their lives.
“I’m driven to educate and protect clients throughout this process,” Silver says. “I find myself building true friendships in this process.” When she’s not serving clients to the utmost level of professionalism, Silver is busy serving the community. She helped found and build a thriving nonprofit, Gratitude Generation, which serves the Chicagoland community by instilling a sense of gratitude in children and adults through education and service, while supporting local at-risk communities.
“My years of experience have helped me navigate both buyers’ and sellers’ markets,” says Silver, who now enjoys a business based on referrals and client loyalty almost exclusively. “I help my clients achieve the best results, and that keeps them coming back.”
