Alex Menoni, Broker

@properties

A strong background in marketing and more than eight years of experience in Lincoln Park, River North and countless other coveted Chicago suburbs, is part of the laundry list of things that have helped shape @properties broker Alex Menoni into the multitalented real estate standout he is today. Capable of wearing multiple hats at once, Menoni’s hustle has netted him @properties’ Outstanding Achievement Awards for 2018 through 2020, with more than $5 million in sales each year.

“The pandemic in 2020 was an eye-opening experience, because I got a personal taste of what buying in this crazy market is like for my clients,” says this first-time homeowner. “I understand what it’s like for them to navigate all of this.” Known for his sales strategy skills and flexible business style, Menoni embraces buyers and sellers across countless types of properties and needs. “I’ve done a little bit of everything in this industry, and being able to have experience at every level of a buyer’s life stage is really beneficial and helps cement that relationship.” When asked what clients remark on most often about his service, Menoni says, it’s all about knowledge of the market and customer experience.

“My knowledge of the market calms their nerves,” he says. “My relationships with other agents help, as well as my network of referrals and vendors, like painters, stagers and lenders.” Overall, Menoni says, he aims to make the transaction process easy and fun for clients. And when he’s not out hustling, helping one client to the next, Menoni is spending quality time with his fiancée and their Corgi puppy or donating to a local charity. He makes annual contributions to worthy causes like the Andrew Weishar Foundation, keeping invested in his community, while at the same time, maintaining his commitments to his clients on a daily basis.

“I offer a collaborative, consultative approach to my clients,” he says. “I’m their boots-on-the-ground resource, because their success is my success.”
