Glosniak worked in public relations, where she developed a relatable personality, strong work ethic, tasteful design sense and genuine desire to satisfy clients. She received her former firm’s Million Dollar Agent award in her first year as a real estate agent. “As a longtime resident of Hinsdale and Western Springs, I pride myself on extensive community knowledge,” she says.
Teammate Vossoughi’s background in advertising and marketing informs her consultative approach. She is known for solving problems before difficulties have a chance to arise. Passionate about real estate, her success is demonstrated by the long list of past clients who have become friends. “I consistently go above and beyond for clients long after the deal is done,” she says.
A background in sales and keen eye for design make Pearl the chosen agent in her sphere of influence. “I work with clients to find the right home at the right price, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter, not to mention the essential criteria clients require for their ideal home,” she says.
A lifelong resident of Hinsdale, Read’s extensive experience in investment banking and commercial real estate development was the perfect segue into real estate. “My work ethic, attention to detail, market instinct and negotiation skills have helped me create a unique experience for clients,” she says. Read received the Million Dollar Agent award multiple times from her last brokerage and is also a recipient of its Honors Society award.
Gehlmann creates an easygoing, memorable experience for clients. A recipient of her former firm’s Rising Star award her first year as an agent, her hands-on approach helps her exceed clients’ expectations. “It’s not just a transaction for me,” she says. “It’s a relationship.”
