The Crystal Tran Team

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago

Salma Torres, Agent

Nitasha Kassam, Agent

Crystal Tran, Agent

Hard work, trust and integrity: These are the values at the forefront of the Crystal Tran Team. Established in 2012, the team is led by Crystal Tran, who uses her passion for coaching, marketing and technology to empower her teammates to reach their goals as well as their clients’.

Growing up as a first-generation American, Tran observed her mother and aunt invest in multifamily housing. Fast-forward, and she focused her career aspirations on real estate, first in Beverly Hills for a top producer overseeing short-sale listings and now in Chicago working for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.

Tran’s passion for real estate has only grown as she has developed HuntChicago.com, a website she built to not only help clients drive more traffic to their properties but also create connections between buyers, sellers and renters. Currently, she is working on AgentDuty, an app that connects real estate professionals with licensed brokers in their area for a nominal fee, the goal being to free up agents’ time by having others fulfill various duties.

The team that Tran has set up is truly unique to the local community in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. It’s made up of rising stars Nitasha Kassam and Salma Torres, both of whom, like Tran, have grown up and lived in the city’s many diverse neighborhoods. Kassam speaks Urdu and Hindi fluently and is passionate about helping others meet their goals as well as advocating for equal rights. Torres speaks fluent Spanish and has helped many bilingual families buy and sell homes. For her part, she is passionate about her two daughters and strives to be a leading role model.

Together, these three women make up a dynamic team to help others reach their goals. Whether it’s moving into a first apartment, buying a first home or creating a real estate investment portfolio, they want to help.
