Shelly Moy & Danielle Moy, Brokers

The Moy Group, @properties

Sisters Danielle and Shelly Moy love to help people begin the next chapter of their lives. As the brokers behind The Moy Group with @properties, the Moys specialize in first-time buyers, sellers and investors in the southwest suburbs, including Orland Park, Tinley Park and the surrounding area. “We are always available for any questions our clients have and are passionate about sales,” they say, adding that they’re known for their market expertise and overall dedication, as well as their immediate follow-through.

Growing up in the southwestern suburbs, the Moys accompanied their Realtor father to his open houses and showings. Inspired to follow in his footsteps, they both joined the real estate industry after graduating from college. Now, they count a combined 17 years of experience, with 90% of their business coming from referrals. On Zillow, they’ve received over 150 five-star reviews.

In 2019, The Moy Group did over $49 million in sales, surpassing their previous year’s record, and sold over 200 homes. This year, Danielle was named one of Crain’s Chicago Business’ most notable residential real estate brokers, while in 2017, she received the Agent’s Choice Award for Industry MVP, Suburbs.

Top agents in the southwestern suburbs by volume of closed sales, according to the MLS, the Moys accompany their clients throughout the sales process, guiding them every step of the way. They also pride themselves on their strong negotiating skills, making the buying or selling process a great experience and putting their clients’ interests first.

Both Danielle and Shelly are members of the Asian Real Estate Association of America and enjoy giving to other organizations. They even donate part of their commission to one or more charities. The Moy sisters are very passionate about real estate and look at it as their lifestyle. Outside of work, they like spending time with their friends and family, traveling, exercising, and fishing.
