She strives to provide attention to detail and cares about making the process seamless and simple.

Raia assists all categories of buyers and sellers — whether first-time, move-up or luxury — in Sauganash, Bucktown, Edgebrook, Forest Glen, Glenview, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Park Ridge, Wilmette and Winnetka. A certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert, she is also a relocation specialist with vast experience serving international and domestic transferees.

Before real estate, Raia worked at the Chicago Board of Trade and several other financial exchanges, specializing in risk management for 15 years. It’s a background that helps her interpret the economy’s impact on the real estate market.

Raia is an avid runner, having twice completed the Chicago Marathon. She is also an active member in her Sauganash community and the Queen of All Saints parish. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and loves taking in all the dining experiences Chicago has to offer.
