Respect and dedication to family and elders are prized in South Korea, where Mimi Mack spent her formative years. At the age of 7, she moved to Chicago, and since that time she’s lived in a wide variety of neighborhoods. Her intimate knowledge of Chicagoland is an invaluable asset to her clients.
Mack has extensive experience in both commercial and residential real estate. Her keen attention to real estate and financial market trends consistently yields client wins. When working with buyers, she is a seasoned negotiator putting her psychology background to use with strategic tactics to get the best outcome for her clients. When marketing a property for sale, she positions it to be sold to qualified buyers in the shortest amount of time and for the best price. Even in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, she successfully marketed a West Bucktown property for clients, yielding six offers over the asking price and closing in less than 30 days.
Mack places the utmost importance on hard work and continuing education in order to stay current in an ever-evolving real estate market. She is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, has a continuing education instructor license and volunteers on committees at the Chicago Association of Realtors. Mack provides customized service and knowledge to buyers, sellers and investors in the Gold Coast, Streeterville, Lincoln Park, River North, Wicker Park and Bucktown. Honesty, guidance and communication ensure transactions run smoothly from start to finish.
In addition to tirelessly consulting with, advising and serving her clients, Mack is a proud mother of three and talented home chef who loves being active and traveling. She helped found the nonprofit Kind Earth Alliance to educate, connect and activate the public by showcasing implementable solutions for sustainable living on Earth. Mack has also acted and modeled for many years and remains an active member of the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists union.
