Olin Eargle, Real Estate Advisor

@properties

Staying true to his motto, Olin Eargle offers “Concierge-level HOUSE-pitality to all clients.” The leader of The OSC Team and a real estate advisor with @properties, he is not only a broker but also a self-described “tour guide” and “master networker.” Specializing in residential properties in northwest Chicago, he offers a concierge approach, combining his vivacious personality with individualized service, keen industry insight and constant availability long after the transaction is complete.

As a Chicago transplant with an early passion for design and construction, he came to the city to work for Harpo Productions’ “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” quickly learning how to navigate high-pressure situations. However, not long after, he jumped back into the real estate industry for the first time since serving as a leasing agent the summer prior to starting college.

Since moving to the city, he has made it a priority to know every neighborhood’s unique twists and turns and has personal experience as a renter, buyer and seller. “I’ve been through it all before and can use that experience to help clients have a better understanding of what they’re dealing with,” he says.

He frequently serves as a follow-up agent for sellers and buyers whose first or second broker didn’t satisfy their needs, which may be why 85% of his business comes from referrals or repeat clients. “The response I get is, ‘I wish we would’ve come to you first,’” he says.

He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Illinois Realtors, Chicago Association of Realtors, National Association of Gay and Lesbian Real Estate Professionals, and Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council. He is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Negotiation Expert and Real Estate Negotiation Expert and has earned the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource and Graduate, Realtor Institute certifications.

Outside of work, he’s an executive board member for the LGBT Chamber of Commerce of Illinois and the president of the Chicago chapter of the Appalachian State Alumni Association.
