Though Shenfeld started his career as a successful photographer, he realized that real estate would allow him to combine his creative side with his knack for negotiating, all while playing a pivotal role in helping clients fulfill their dreams. “I have never looked back and know that this was the best decision I could have ever made,” he says. Today, he enjoys a lucrative career as a global real estate advisor with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty. In 2003, he founded The Shenfeld Group. The team has more than 65 years of expertise combined and serves clients throughout Chicago and the northern suburbs.

Shenfeld goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. In fact, he started a concierge program for clients that can help them get a reservation, with very short notice, to some of the top restaurants in Chicago. The services also extend to introducing clients to an interior designer or even a firewood supplier during the winter months. “I treat every client the way I would want to be treated — or better — during and after a transaction,” he says. “I want to help each of my clients live their best life.”

Within the last year, Shenfeld has spoken on real estate panels at the national and international level, educating professionals on best practices for adapting to a changing market. The Chicago Association of Realtors presented him with its 2019 Silver Level award for sales volume, along with the Bronze Level for units sold. He’s also been ranked among the organization’s top 1% every year since 2011. Additionally, Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty recognized The Shenfeld Group among its top 5 residential sales teams last year.
