Larry Poteshman, Esho Youkhana & Jason M. Bianco, Loan Consultants

With almost 50 years of combined experience, Jason M. Bianco, Larry Poteshman and Esho Youkhana of loanDepot bring a wealth of knowledge and exceptional customer service to the lending industry.

Bianco, a loan consultant, has worked in the industry for 19 years. His mother was a top-producing lender, and Bianco decided to follow in her footsteps, first learning from her as a mentee and then working with her as a teammate. Now a seasoned professional, Bianco’s top priority is understanding the unique needs of each borrower. “Clients seem to appreciate my personability and top-notch customer service. No one buyer is the same, and I think it’s special to be able to find that connection with each one of them,” he says.

Poteshman has 12 years of experience as a loan consultant and specializes in renovation loans, grant programs, credit repair and more. He is driven by the desire to help people get into their first home, and loves assisting buyers with challenging financial pictures. Poteshman prides himself on his ability to think outside the box. “I will always find a way to get the job done or help someone rebuild their credit. I try every option available so that I’m completely sure the borrower is getting the best possible loan product and rate available to them,” he says.

After transitioning from a career in banking, Youkhana quickly fell in love with the fast-paced mortgage industry and now has 17 years of experience working as a loan consultant. He specializes in purchasing, refinancing and investments and relishes helping people with what’s often the biggest purchase of their lives. For Youkhana, connecting is key. “We communicate with the client, identify their goals and explain our process so that we can find the right solution,” he says. Youkhana was honored by loanDepot with membership in the company’s Chairman’s Club in 2018 and its Manager’s Choice Award in 2019.
