Mary Serle consistently communicates so that clients know what to expect and to ensure the process is seamless and stress-free. Focused on the Chicagoland metro and surrounding suburban areas, she has worked in real estate for 13 years, assisting any buyer, seller or investor in their search for or sale of a single-family home, townhome, condo or distressed property. She is certified to work with members of the military and first responders and brings specific expertise to these communities.
Prior to real estate, Serle had a successful career in sales. There she learned the basics of selling and brought that knowledge to real estate. Thanks to her strong work ethic, Serle knows her ability to succeed is virtually limitless. Combining her sales and marketing expertise with specialized technology and hands-on attentiveness, she advocates for her clients and is always approachable and responsive.
As a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce, Serle has an intense drive and loves honing her skills. Every year from 2014 to 2019, Chicago magazine recognized her with its Five Star Professional award. She was named one of Forbes magazine’s top 500 Five Star Professional Market Leaders in 2019 and a Best of Zillow agent in 2020.
Serle listens with compassion and empathy and serves with tenacity. “My most important skill is my ability to relate to my clients,” she says.
Serle’s biggest personal accomplishment has been returning strong after surviving cardiac arrest and being in a coma in 2019. This experience caused her to rethink her life and resolve to live with intentionality. She brings this outlook to her business as well. After surviving this health scare, Serle appreciates each day and looks forward to working with every client.
Outside of work, Serle enjoys being with her family and friends, traveling, and being active, including hiking, biking and practicing Pilates.
