Mario DiLorenzo II, Designated Managing Broker

Keller Williams–Chicago O’Hare

Raised in a real estate family, Mario DiLorenzo spent his youth working at RE/MAX Landview, which was owned by his mother. After receiving a degree from Indiana University, he left RE/MAX to start his own brokerage, Landview Realty. “I started Landview Realty in the same location as my mother’s office and kept the Landview name as a tribute to her and all that she has done in this business,” DiLorenzo says. “She guided me and allowed me to become the Realtor that I am today.” This year DiLorenzo was awarded Managing Broker of the Year 2020 from the Chicago Association of Realtors, an honor he dedicated to her.

Ranked as a CAR top producer since 2011, DiLorenzo cracked the top 1 percent mark in 2017 with a year-end volume total of $21.4 million. A major investor in the Realtors Political Action Committee, DiLorenzo is also the cultural ambassador for Keller Williams’ Mid-American Region and served on CAR’s professional standards committee. “I am a big believer in gratitude,” DiLorenzo says. “I am so grateful for my team, clients and colleagues in this industry as they have all had a hand in shaping the kind of broker I am today.”

DiLorenzo’s career accelerated through a genuine care for his agents and clients, and an outstanding attention to detail during transactions. “Communication is such an important factor,” DiLorenzo says. “I approach each client with the care I would hope to receive myself.”

One of the top-performing brokers in Chicago and its surrounding suburbs, DiLorenzo has built a powerful business in northwest Chicago through his superior knowledge of the real estate market, impeccable customer service skills and expert marketing strategies.

An active philanthropist, DiLorenzo chaired his company’s annual charity golf tournament, which has raised more than $100,000 for the Make-a-Wish Foundation, Shriners Hospitals for Children and KW Cares, a nonprofit organization that supports Keller Williams associates and their families during emergencies. He also frequently volunteers to coach his children’s sports teams.
