Dympna Fay-Hart has called Chicago home for her whole life. As a loyal local, she shares her knowledge and love of the city’s 77 neighborhoods and its suburbs on a daily basis.
Through her work as a broker with Century 21 Affiliated, Fay-Hart specializes in the residential market, working with buyers and sellers of all types to accommodate their needs regardless of price point. For more than two decades, she has ranked as the top solo-producing agent in her neighborhood, harnessing experience that spans 28 years and more than $400 million in sales to best serve her customers. “My ability to effectively multitask is integral to my success,” she says, adding that scheduling, time management, critical thinking and swift communication are just a few of the necessary skills needed in a top agent’s toolbox.
Throughout her tenure, Fay-Hart has garnered several accolades. The National Association of Realtors invited her to speak at its 2019 Realtors Conference & Expo on the topic of “The Next Real Estate Bubble: The 55+ Residential Market.” She finds great satisfaction in sharing knowledge with fellow agents. Additionally, the Chicago Association of Realtors appointed Fay-Hart to its “The 77” committee representing Edison Park, putting her on a board of hand-selected agents who report ideas to the association on advancing diversity initiatives. She also is a member of Century 21’s Dick Loughlin International Hall of Fame. Despite her consistent accomplishments, she believes her authenticity with clients takes precedence over any particular achievement.
