Kristen Hack & Patty Cerny, Residential Sales Specialists

Cerny Team, Baird & Warner

Patty Cerny and Kristen Hack, residential sales specialists with the Cerny Team at Baird & Warner, have a combined 37 years of experience in the real estate industry. Lifelong residents of Sauganash, they proudly specialize in the North and Northwest sides of Chicago, along with the North Shore suburbs.

For this duo, real estate runs deep. As a second-generation agent and consistent top producer in Baird & Warner’s Edgebrook office since 1999, Cerny is highly regarded for her integrity and tenacious approach. She brings a keen eye for detail and boundless energy to every deal. “I love my work and the neighborhoods I serve,” shares Cerny, who combines dedication and a strong work ethic with compassion and commitment.

As a third-generation agent at Baird & Warner, Hack serves the same markets her grandfather and mother have, a family tradition that’s a point of pride for her. A former Fortune 500 marketing executive, she skillfully made the transition to real estate, where she employs advanced digital channels, social media and networking skills. Her ever-expanding customer base is built mainly on referrals.

With extensive industry experience and expertise in marketing and negotiation, the Cerny Team customizes their approach and strategy for each client. With the support of a dedicated office team, Cerny and Hack are always accessible. Indeed, their fiercely loyal clients consistently report that they go above and beyond.

Cerny and Hack tirelessly come up with creative ways to solve problems, bring fun to the experience and help clients achieve their goals. Both are Realtors and members of the Buffini Referral Network, the Baird & Warner Ascend program and the Sauganash Community Association. Outside of work, the two highly prioritize family and enjoy traveling, reading and time spent with friends. Cerny has volunteered for Chicago Animal Care and Control since 1999, while Hack volunteers as a youth softball coach and a member of her children’s Parent Teacher Association.
