Ashley Bell, Broker

@properties

With a background in Michelin-starred fine dining, Ashley Bell brings a sharp attention to detail, critical problem-solving skills and a laser focus to the guest experience of real estate. Bell, a broker with @properties’ East Lincoln Park office, is committed to heightened standards of customer service for her clients while guiding them through every step of the buying and selling process. A hands-on approach is an important component of her business model.

Bell decided on a career in the industry after she and her sister had a great experience with the agent who helped them sell their family’s estate. “It illustrated what a powerful role Realtors can have,” she says. “As agents, we do a lot more than open doors and write contracts; we are the experts our clients rely on during their big life milestones. Sometimes these are joyful events, and sometimes stressful or bittersweet.” With results-oriented, solution-driven thinking, it is Bell’s goal to guide her clients to success with her professionalism and candid advice.

Having built her business with a heavy reliance on strong relationships and referrals from rentals to sales, Bell now works with clients across markets in the city of Chicago and the northern suburbs. She caters to diverse clients, from first-timers to luxury buyers, sellers and investors. She does not shy away from the tough and less glamorous sides of the business.  As a result, Bell has consistently and exponentially increased the volume of her business year over year.

Originally from Seattle, Bell cultivated her love of Chicago while earning a degree in philosophy from Northwestern University and exploring its diverse neighborhoods. “I know where all of the best spots are in every neighborhood to grab a bite,” she says. She continues to explore the city through its restaurants, admiring the architecture along the way. An avid student of design, Bell says real estate suits her passion for beautiful interiors and architecture.
