As the top agent last year in La Grange for buyer sales in both volume and units, Anne Hodge is renowned for her work ethic, authenticity and enthusiasm. “It is so rewarding to find buyers the right home in the western suburbs, and I have enjoyed keeping in touch with them to see their passion for the area grow,” says Hodge, a real estate broker and team leader of the Anne Hodge Group with @properties. With a decade of real estate industry experience, Hodge serves buyers and sellers from all income brackets in La Grange and other western suburbs.
Coming to the industry after a sales career at a Fortune 500 technology company, Hodge found her passion for real estate while purchasing her first home in 2000. “My analytical and negotiation skills adapt well to real estate,” she explains, noting that she graduated from Purdue University with a civil engineering degree and continues to enjoy the design and architecture aspects of her job.
With help from her team, Hodge is able to provide concierge-level service to her clients, stepping in to coordinate scheduling with vendors to ease any additional layers of stress on her sellers. “Whether it’s finding a buyer the ideal home before it hits the market, helping a seller pick out the perfect paint color to get their home ready or locating the right preschool for a buyer’s kids, I am constantly engaged to make sure my clients feel that personal touch before, during and after the sale,” she says.
Hodge is a Road to Rolex award winner and a supporter of the nonprofit organization Winning With Wyatt, including serving as the title sponsor for the group’s annual golf scramble and cocktail reception.
