Achieving clients’ goals is the No. 1 priority of teammates Kiki Clark and Polly Richardson of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago. Their positive and energetic approach to the process sets them apart and is reflected in their loyal client base and unparalleled service.
Clark first gained experience in real estate as a commercial property manager and broker specializing in tenant representation, transitioning to the residential market in 2000. She ensures properties are priced, presented and marketed to her clients’ greatest advantage. She serves as a strategic partner to help maximize all available market opportunities. “I carefully listen to my clients’ needs and form an individualized strategy to help them meet their housing objectives,” says Clark, a real estate broker, Certified Negotiation Expert and e-Pro.
Richardson draws on a detailed background in data analysis for Rand McNally and 10 years of television advertising and commercial production experience. Analysis, marketing, budgeting, scheduling and the ability to bring all parties together to work toward a common goal are all skills that she uses on a daily basis in her business. As a broker, she is focused on the customer experience. “I am passionate about achieving my clients’ goals and guiding them through the process every step of the way,” says Richardson. “It’s not about me; it’s about them.”
Year after year, Clark and Richardson receive production awards from their firm, ranging from the Leading Edge Society to the President’s Circle to the Chairman’s Circle Gold. Clark, a 30-year resident of Lake Forest, grew up in St. Louis, and Richardson, a 22-year resident of Lake Bluff, grew up in Glencoe. They are always excited to share their personal knowledge of the numerous benefits of North Shore living with clients, from award-winning schools to extensive recreational opportunities to the exceptional amenities of neighboring communities.
When not focused on their clients, Clark and Richardson enjoy living a healthy lifestyle through outdoor activities, meditation, yoga, and spending time with their families and close friends.
