With over a century of experience combined, Stephanie J. Raderstorf, Shane O’Neill, Tricia Brouwers and George Kaiser of Wintrust Mortgage exemplify the best of the lending industry.
As area manager for the north region, Raderstorf attends to her team, which is composed of leaders and loan officers. “When supporting members of my team, it’s all about listening to what’s important to them,” she says, adding that she maintains an individualized, consultative-based approach. A previous recipient of Wintrust’s Honor Circle, President’s Circle and Branch Manager of the Year awards — as well as the Sales Manager of the Year award from the Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association — Raderstorf is a consummate professional with a generous spirit.
As a native of the North Shore, Kaiser, the east region area manager, leads a team specializing in jumbo loans and new-construction financing. “We never say no to helping anyone, especially with the depth of our product mix,” he says. “Every lending situation is different, so to make recommendations, I try to put myself in their shoes.” A past recipient of Wintrust’s President’s Award and consecutive President’s Club recognitions, Kaiser’s commitment to success is evident in the team he leads.
Brouwers has combined her background in finance as well as her multiple training designations and certifications to mentor and coach over 4,000 real estate professionals within the last two years alone. “I am always looking to grow and evolve in order to help those around me become the best versions of themselves,” she says. “No one succeeds alone, and I am privileged to play a role in their journey.” Wintrust has recognized the south region area manager with its CEO Award of Excellence, Sales Manager of the Year and President’s Circle awards.
O’Neill, the regional manager, leads his team of mortgage professionals and area managers to individual and communal victories, bolstering their efforts through active communication and personalized feedback. “I am here to serve my team,” he says. “My goal is to make them better, support their needs and empower them to live their best lives, personally and professionally.” O’Neill’s consistently high level of achievement has earned him consecutive President’s Circle awards, as well as the Wintrust CEO Award of Excellence.
