Annie Sullivan, Owner & Realtor

Sweet Water Homes, Keller Williams North Shore West

Having always admired beautiful spaces and decor and with an astute eye for marketing and content creation, Annie Sullivan has created a refreshing real estate experience like no other. “I love how an interior’s design possesses the power to instantly transform your mood and mind,” she says.

Before deciding to pursue her dream in real estate, Sullivan was an event planner for Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto at his Chicago restaurant. Now a Realtor and the owner of Sweet Water Homes at Keller Williams North Shore West, she works with everyone including first-time homebuyers, luxury sellers, investors, renters and multi-unit owners. “I love getting to know people on a more personal level,” she says. “Whether it is a first-time homeowner who needs my guidance or a seller who needs help getting top dollar for their listing, every client is so darn special to me.”

From 2017 to 2018, her team was ranked No. 1 in its market center. “As a team of amazing women, Cindy, Denise and I strive to create a difference in everyone’s world,” she says. “We want to help change lives and build communities.”

Sullivan mixes old-school real estate techniques like door knocking and open houses with new technology like video walk-throughs and property experience stories. “I love taking people on a journey through each listing via social media,” she says. “We have had wonderful success with staying in front of consumers by being everywhere they are!”

On the personal front, she made her own homeowner dreams come true when she purchased a historic 1888 farmhouse to convert into a stunning home. “I have been hard at work with my dad turning this Barbie Dream House into the picture-perfect HGTV casa,” she says. “It has been really special.”

An animal advocate, Sullivan donates a portion of her team’s commissions from every closing to a variety of animal rescue organizations and shelters.
