At the core of Jill Clark’s success in real estate lies her uncompromising standards and discerning taste, partnered with hard work. A broker at Baird & Warner with 16 years of industry experience, Clark caters to sellers and buyers of luxury properties in Naperville. Her white-glove approach includes a laser-like focus on the details and investing in social media and web advertising in order to expose her listings to the widest possible audience. Clark lives by the Coco Chanel quote, “In order to be irreplaceable, one must always be different.” She is different in every way she presents, markets and negotiates in her business.
When working with buyers, Clark is equally hands-on, presenting them with a selection of homes that she has already previewed to ensure they meet her clients’ exact requirements. “I work tirelessly and have an innate, competitive desire to be the best at anything I do,” says Clark.
After graduating from college with a business degree, Clark worked in the fashion and beauty industry for 15 years. Her passion for this industry continues to inform her approach to real estate. “I love to educate my clients about color and design trends and how those trends relate to real estate and luxury homes,” she explains, noting that the residential real estate market often mirrors haute couture. As a 26-year resident of Naperville, Clark loves hosting local seminars to inform community members about the market, whether they are selling today or tomorrow or would just like information for the future.
Clark is among the top 1 percent of agents at Baird & Warner and has earned the Founder’s Club award, Five Star Professional award and more. A Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, e-Pro, staging expert and award-winning marketing maven, she works entirely by referral.
Outside of work, Clark loves spending time with her talented, sports-loving family. Whether watching her daughter play volleyball, enjoying a game of soccer with her oldest children, riding motorcycles or playing with her granddaughters on the shores of Kiawah Island, she is truly blessed to be living life to the fullest.
