Ginna Ryan, Principal

Mauge Inc.

For most of her career, Ginna Ryan has worked in or around real estate. Ryan, principal at Mauge Inc., and her team provide marketing support, both terrestrial and digital, in the form of brand development, brand strategy, lead generation and execution, to a broad client base. They assist developers, property managers, investors, brokers and the professionals who support them in multiple sectors of real estate, including commercial, industrial, multifamily and retail.

By maintaining strong customer relationships and providing outstanding and creative customer support, the business continues to experience annual growth. “Much of our business growth is repeat business and referrals,” Ryan says. “So, it’s imperative that we deliver on our proposals, meet deadlines and go beyond our clients’ expectations.”

That work ethic has helped Mauge Inc. win awards from the Chicagoland Apartment Association and the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago for their marketing work. “Our team is skilled at strategy and execution at every stage of a project,” she says.

Ryan started her career in marketing at JMB Realty, working with its broker-dealers. Later, she moved into commercial lending at American National Bank, then private banking at First Chicago Bank and LaSalle Bank, where she moved up the ranks from officer to vice president. Many of the clients she worked with and the various professionals who supported those clients had some involvement in real estate, a connection that influenced the trajectory of her career.

To gain a deeper understanding of the market, Ryan recently earned her real estate license. An ability to adapt to the present business climate and execute a strategy accordingly has been most instrumental to her success. Ryan serves as the director-at-large for the board of the Real Estate Investment Association and maintains memberships in the Private Directors Association, the National Association of Women Business Owners and the Chicago Association of Realtors. In addition to her involvement in those organizations, she is on the board of directors for the Wicker Park Bucktown Chamber of Commerce and works with the Young Entrepreneurs Academy.
