Real estate is the only career Giancarlo Bargioni has ever known. After attending a real estate seminar at the age of 18, Bargioni decided the industry was a perfect fit for him. Since graduating from DePaul University, he has worked primarily in residential sales but also has experience in residential rehab and development as well as property management.
For 13 years, Bargioni has worked with buyers, investors, flippers and sellers in all price ranges. Since 2016, he has increased his sales productivity, on average, by 50 percent annually. “I would never advise any of my clients into a deal I wouldn’t put myself into,” he says. “I love what I do. It shows in my results and the many people my clients refer to me.” Another contributing factor to his success is the real estate systems he designed to better serve his clients, as well as the high-level market analysis he incorporates into his listing presentations. With an unrelenting work ethic, he is strategic, determined and decisive, yet supportive, enthusiastic and inspiring in his approach with clients — a combination that has laid the foundation for his growth in the industry.
Bargioni understands the psychology of buying and selling properties, always attempting to get the best value for clients. Additionally, his experience in construction and development enables him to help buyers see the real value in any given property. His gifted eye for design and layout makes him well suited to marketing and highlighting sellers’ listings. By capitalizing on his expertise, Bargioni has fostered a loyal following of clients.
A member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, he was named a Top Producer in volume and units in 2018. He is also a Pricing Strategy Advisor, Accredited Buyer’s Representative and licensed managing broker, designations that have helped further his career.
Still, his proudest moment was becoming a father for the second time, when his daughter, Giuliana, was born. “The unwavering support of my wife allows me to be successful at what I do,” he says. “My children give me the daily motivation to be honest, reliable and trustworthy to them and my clients.”
