A 15-year career at Xerox in sales management and sales training provided the foundation for Gail Niermeyer to excel in real estate for 30 years and counting. Niermeyer, a broker with Niermeyer Inc. at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, has been a member of the Coldwell Banker President’s Club since its inception in 2000. She works with all categories of buyers, from first-time homeowners to move-up buyers to downsizing retirees in Naperville and across the country. “Naperville is expanding with so many opportunities,” she says. “The majority of buyers are former residents who grew up here and intend to send their children to the same schools they went to.”
Niermeyer credits her success to the great support she receives from Coldwell Banker’s leadership. To increase her business, she maintains a social media presence on various platforms and has made use of new advertising and social marketing campaigns using the Coldwell Banker Core 4 Values program. She also does videos and monthly mailings and holds open houses frequently. Her diversified approach to marketing is paying off. Niermeyer is a Coldwell Banker 2018 Diamond Award winner based on production.
Active in nonprofit organizations, Niermeyer is honored to be a founding trustee of the Coldwell Banker Charitable Foundation, which has raised more than $2 million since its inception. Her involvement helps enable Coldwell Banker to support 30 local charities. She also serves as a trustee of the Naperville Education Foundation and the Edward Foundation at Edward Hospital and is a major supporter of the Edward Cancer Center in Naperville.
Each year, Niermeyer travels to Washington, D.C., to advocate for stomach cancer research with the Debbie’s Dream Foundation. When she is not out and about helping clients find their dream homes, she loves spending time with her family and vacationing in St. Barts.
