EXIT Strategy Realty

Nick Libert, CEO and Coach
Marki Lemons Ryhal, Real Estate Keynote Speaker
Zeke Morris, Coach and REALTOR®

On the brink of celebrating its 10th year in business, EXIT Strategy Realty continues to make strides. The company opened the first new office of any major franchise brand south of Chicago’s Roosevelt Road in nearly a decade, bringing new industry and energy to the South Side.

Out of their two city offices, the team handles everything from a buyer’s first purchase to luxury transactions, serving residential, commercial and investment property buyers and sellers. From the group’s “Powerful Actions” lunch-and-learn series to its “Ask the Experts” panels of industry leaders, agents have the opportunity to see all sides of the business.

As the founder and CEO, Nick Libert launched the company’s first group health insurance plan in 2019. Recently graduating from The CORE Training Inc.’s coaching program, Libert also completed his Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist designation this year. Entering his second term on the Chicago Association of REALTORS®’ board of directors, he also co-chaired its Sales Awards Committee for the second year in a row. He plans to run his second marathon this year, raising funds for the Alzheimer’s Association in memory of his grandfather.

REALTOR® Marki Lemons Ryhal joined EXIT Strategy last year and enjoys teaching her fellow REALTORS® how to earn up to a 2,682 percent return on marketing dollars spent with face-to-face and online education. RISMedia awarded her its 2019 Real Estate Newsmaker Award, recognizing her for her positive impact on the real estate industry.

Zeke Morris is the latest addition to the company’s leadership. Past president of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, he is slated to be Illinois REALTORS®’ treasurer in 2020 and will be the first African American president in the association’s 103-year history. He will also serve the National Association of REALTORS® as a community engagement liaison chairperson. CAR awards a scholarship in Morris’ name annually, which helps fund education for REALTORS® serving Chicago’s South Side communities.

This year, the group aims to bring the brokerage’s agent count to more than 250, increase its cumulative sales production to $1.5 billion and grow residual bonuses to more than $2.5 million. “With the combined efforts of our expanding office leadership team and long-term staff — who are like family — we are poised for incredible accomplishments,” Libert says.
