Juana “Juany” Honeycutt, Vice President of Sales

Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty

With a passion for helping others, Juany Honeycutt delivers nothing less than excellence. As vice president of sales at Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, Honeycutt — a Certified Negotiation Expert, Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Million Dollar Guild member — concentrates on the residential market in Chicago and its western suburbs.

Honeycutt works with a diverse range of clientele, with personal referrals, repeat business and relocation connections forming the foundation of her continued success. Eager to make dreams a reality, she leverages access to diverse networks such as Leaders in Luxury, Top Agent Network and Leverage Global Partners to be a valuable resource for both buyers and sellers.

Honeycutt has exuded professionalism and patience since her first day as a real estate professional in 2003. Real estate is part of who she is and her life’s passion, having started her career at a young age. Continued education is also pivotal in perfecting Honeycutt’s craft. “My constant thirst for knowledge and ability to stay on top of market trends enable me to provide top-notch service to all my clients,” she explains, adding that she takes an active approach to educating her clients throughout the process.

A recipient of the Exceptional Volume Award from Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty in 2018,
Honeycutt is consistently ranked among the top 30 brokers companywide and has been recognized regularly by the Chicago Association of Realtors as a top producer since 2015.

Honeycutt hired an administrative assistant last year to increase her overall efficiency. “This was a huge move in propelling my career forward,” she explains, noting that having an additional set of hands has allowed her to grow her business and volume while balancing the responsibilities of being a wife and a mother of two toddlers ages 3 and 4. “Life moves very quickly, and I try to squeeze in as many moments with my family as I can, all while thriving in this very competitive industry.”
