Jameson Sotheby’s Home Discovery Team has been one of Chicago’s top-producing teams for 18 years — an accomplishment that wouldn’t be possible without Aaron Share’s commitment to service.
As vice president of sales for Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, Share primarily serves Chicago’s North Side, as well as the North Shore, with a focus on the Glenview/Golf area. Recently, the majority of his clients have been trade-up buyers and sellers. He also enjoys working with clients who are looking to make the transition from the city to the suburbs.
Within the past year, Share expanded his business from the city to the North Shore. He is now Jameson Sotheby’s No. 1 broker in Glenview/Golf, all while maintaining his top status in the city, with the Home Discovery Team as Jameson Sotheby’s No. 1 team in Chicagoland.
Share knows that working with both buyers and sellers means he has to be adaptable on a daily basis. With sellers, he is detail-oriented and knows how to price properties, marketing them properly to make sure clients quickly receive the best price possible. When it comes to working with buyers, Share’s patience allows him to look out for his clients’ best interests no matter how long the process takes.
“I make sure that they buy something that they love and that it’s a smart, informed decision that best suits their lifestyle and investment wants and needs,” he says.
The Chicago Association of Realtors has recognized Share in its top 1 percent of brokers every year since 2011, and he has also regularly earned the association’s Platinum Award during that same time period. Much of Share’s success has come from his ability to garner trust with each person he works with. Clients can consistently rely on Share to approach the buying and selling process with a warm, friendly attitude.
Outside of work, Share spends most of his time with his wife and three children — including baby Sadie, whom they welcomed into the family last year. He is also deeply involved in the Glenview community and was selected for the Leadership Glenview cohort in 2018.
