Vincent Anzalone, Realtor

Dream Town Realty

Dream Town Realty

Vincent Anzalone is passionate about finding the perfect property for his clients, even when it means it’s off-market or well beyond the radar. And who better to find those hidden gems than a son of Chicago. In his 18 years in real estate, he has built an impressive network of loyal contacts and an unshakable love for the city that allow him to connect families with the perfect neighborhood, home and Chicago experience.

The real estate industry was a natural career choice for Anzalone, a Realtor with Dream Town Realty, serving buyers, sellers, developers and investors in the Gold Coast, Streeterville, River North, Lincoln Park, West Loop, Wicker Park and Bucktown. His stepfather was a builder and his mother, an interior designer. “When I was a young boy, I spent a lot of time with my mother running around Merchandise Mart looking at furniture, rugs and lamps,” he says. “When I became older, my stepfather had me work with a different crew each summer.” One year, he would work alongside carpenters, and the following year with bricklayers or electricians, gaining knowledge he now applies to different aspects of the homebuying process. “Buying or selling a home is about much more than location and price. I enjoy walking through a space and helping clients understand the opportunities within a property and the steps to bringing those dreams to reality,” he says.

While Anzalone enjoys helping families find a home for their future, he also prides himself on finding high-return opportunities for investors. He’s most proud of setting the highest price in one building three consecutive times in 2017. “I am always on the lookout for projects for my developer clients that can deliver strong cash-on-cash returns.”

Anzalone considers himself on the job every moment he is awake. But when his wife can convince him to get away from his laptop and phone, he loves to travel with family. “There is no better way to learn about the people we share this planet with than to see them in their daily lives. Human experience is the great connector and real estate is my tool for enabling that connection,” he says.
