Mo Dadkhah

Broker/Owner, Main Street Real Estate Group
Attorney/Owner, Dadkhah Law Group
CEO, BidMojo
Host/Producer, Wheelhouse

Mo Dadkhah doesn’t seem to sleep. Not only is he a broker/owner at Main Street Real Estate Group, he’s also a licensed attorney in Illinois and the principal attorney/owner of the Dadkhah Law Group. Plus, he’s CEO at BidMojo and host/producer at Wheelhouse. “I believe my biggest accomplishment is being able to continue to give five-star service to my clients and remain a top producer while helping coach 60 agents at our office, run a law firm and launch a tech startup,” says Dadkhah, who has worked in real estate for eight years.

His strong work ethic makes him stand out from the crowd. “What I love about real estate is that the path to success is out there. It’s not rocket science,” he says. “We have to learn what to do, then implement it consistently. There are people who will beat me on the talent side of things every day, but I can control the fact that I won’t let anyone outwork me.”

Dadkhah works with buyers and sellers throughout the Chicagoland market. “The homebuying and selling process is the most important purchase of someone’s life. Whether their budget is large or small, I believe it’s equally important. I don’t just say this; I really mean it,” he says.

Dadkhah’s biggest business accomplishment this past year has been seeing the Main Street Real Estate Group agents he coaches grow more and more each year. “My goal is to help influence other Realtors to be successful,” he says. “The path to success is out there for us to learn. I believe in the idea of Givers Gain and paying it forward. I’ve been very fortunate in my life to have incredible mentors who have helped me become relatively successful.”

Dadkhah has worked mostly in real estate since graduating from law school in 2009. When he graduated, the market had crashed and job offers were low-paying. “I decided I didn’t want to work for someone making very little income, so I decided to open my own law firm, the Dadkhah Law Group.”

Like any new business, the first several years were hard. He got his real estate license to have a second source of income. “I fell in love with it, and one thing led to another, and now I’m a broker/owner and still have maintained the still-growing law firm,” he says.

Dadkhah is the acting chair of the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR) Young Professionals Network, a CAR Top Producer, and participates in charity boxing event Chicago Real Estate Rumble. In addition to real estate and law, Dadkhah is passionate about racing cars. “I’m also very passionate about the sport of jiu jitsu, boxing and general fitness,” he says.
