Craig Easly, Senior Broker

@properties

Fascinated by Chicago’s history and architecture, Craig Easly has an infectious enthusiasm for the city’s neighborhoods and diversity. A senior broker with @properties, Easly concentrates on the residential market in downtown Chicago, the city’s North Side, and Michigan City, Indiana. With 17 years of experience and a referral-based practice, Easly welcomes any buyer, seller or investor who wants his help. “My approach is tailored to each client,” he explains. “I have experience selling luxury homes, and as an investor myself, I bring technical experience to the table that first-time investors and seasoned property owners want.”

As a former account executive and vice president in technology sales, Easly has spent nearly three decades working directly with customers, listening to their needs and asking the right questions in order to present them with tailored solutions. “My service ethic always drives me toward trying to do everything I can for my clients,” he says. “Every year, it becomes more apparent how important the basics are and how important it is to cover all the bases.”

Inspired to join the real estate industry by his own property search as well as a stint as a docent for the Chicago Architecture Foundation, Easly has since become a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert and was named a Top Producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors from 2015 to 2017. Marketing his listings through social media, email blasts, postcards and specialty websites, Easly is aided by his extensive network of agents, brokers and clients whose personal testimonials about Easly’s trustworthy nature, resourcefulness and determination speak volumes.

Easly is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors and a supporter of North Side Housing and Supportive Services.

He and his wife are world travelers and gracious party hosts. “My wife and I met at a small party,” he explains. “We like to entertain so we can pay it forward and bring a little magic into the world.”
