Lenor Devon Sherman treats every client like family, and she has a 100 percent referral-based business to prove it. “I am very particular about customer service, especially when it comes to a big decision such as a real estate investment in Chicago,” says Sherman, the CEO and managing broker of 360 Realty & Development LLC. Focusing on residential real estate with an emphasis on portfolio development, Sherman works with clients ranging from first-time investors to hedge fund investors, and also works on new residential construction properties. Beginning later this year, she will be expanding into commercial residential developments.

With 22 years of real estate experience, Sherman has a sharp eye for spotting trends within Chicago’s up-and-coming communities, as well as in its suburbs. “I can tell what’s hot and what’s not,” she says, explaining that she hones her analysis skills through watching the evolution of other cities.

In 2017, Sherman’s biggest sales accomplishment was helping a senior citizen who was a week away from losing their home redeem the back taxes and gut rehab the property in order to sell it in time. After the sale, Sherman gave the original owner half of the proceeds. “I am very passionate about giving back,” she explains. “I am all about change in our communities.”

Sherman is HUD certified in most funding programs and in 2018, won the Community Impact Award. She is on the board of Forever Hope Agency and hires non-violent offenders as often as possible.

On top of working full time, Sherman also completed her college degree in project management while balancing the duties of being a mother and wife. She is a traveler at heart, and within the last few months, she has traveled to Dubai, Mexico, Canada and Phoenix.
