Talarico Law Group

Talarico Law Group

For 15 years, Joseph Talarico, founder of the Talarico Law Group, has covered commercial and residential real estate property matters in both conventional and distressed marketplaces. He has built his firm to include three other attorneys, giving him the ability to satisfy even more clients in Chicagoland and out of state.

Skilled at explaining legalese in terms that are easy to understand, Talarico is available every step of the way to field questions from clients. “We take excellent care of our clients and have repeat clients and referrals because of it,” he says. “I love helping people. I also love that no two days are the same, because of the wide variety of transactions that I work on and the diverse group of people that I meet through my practice.”

Reliable, knowledgeable and always ready for last-minute negotiations, Talarico protects his clients throughout the process and genuinely cares about them. His keen business sense sets him apart from the competition. Well-respected in the industry, Talarico approaches his law practice with both common sense and confidence. “I take a common-sense approach to my view of the law, and I work extremely hard,” he says. He gives his cell phone number to clients and agents, and takes calls in the evenings and on weekends. “I care about my clients, and I do the best job that I can for them,” he says.

Feedback from clients has always been consistently strong. In online reviews, new and repeat clients commend Talarico and his team for doing all the little things and doing them well. They appreciate the team’s prompt response times and ability to navigate with ease what can seem like an overwhelming process. With degrees in both electrical engineering and law from Northwestern University, Talarico has expertise in many different areas of the law. In addition to his real estate law practice, he has experience in business litigation and intellectual property law.

Talarico has started multiple business ventures outside of his real estate law practice, including a high-end Italian restaurant on Michigan Avenue. Using his collective experience, he has earned the respect of agents, lenders, fellow attorneys and clients, all while doing work he loves.
