Lisa Miceli and Julie Fleetwood, broker associates of Fleetwood + Miceli Residential, have been a team for just three years, but they already place among the 10 teams in the North Shore. “It’s great to have the nod that we are doing a good job,” they say. They’ve also been ranked as top producers each year since 2015. “Our clients have been very supportive and share with us that they especially appreciate the professionalism we bring to the job, our amazing responsiveness and deep knowledge of the many facets of residential real estate,” they say.
Lisa Miceli and Julie Fleetwood work with buyers and sellers in the North Shore, and they enjoy introducing buyers to their new community and helping sellers move on to a new chapter in their lives — whether they’re growing families wanting to upgrade or empty nesters looking to downsize. “We are very organized, which allows us to be in near perfect synergy with each other and then with our clients. Really listening to the client and understanding what their needs and concerns help us zero in on the best fit for the client and lessening the stress sometimes involved,” they say.
This past year, their biggest business accomplishment was helping more than 40 families buy or sell their home and increasing their overall business. “We truly love what we do and appreciate all of our clients. Thanks to each one, we have continued to grow and reach new levels,” they say.
Miceli and Fleetwood were both at-home moms before entering the real estate industry. “Before having our families, we both had very robust careers,” they say. Fleetwood has a TV production background and Miceli worked in sales and sales management. Miceli also grow up in the real estate industry — her father built a lifelong career in commercial and residential development in Chicago and Naples, Florida. “We both were interested in real estate and building a business,” they say.
Miceli and Fleetwood are both members of the Women’s Council of Realtors and North Shore-Barrington Association of Realtors. Miceli has been a longtime board member for the Woman’s Club of Evanston.
