With 15 years of real estate experience, Boland has never once stopped striving for professional growth and improvement.
Working with every kind of borrower, ranging from first-timers to investors with multiple properties, Boland has an extensive track record of creating loan solutions regardless of the scenario and prides himself on maintaining clear communication with his clients throughout the transaction.
“I’m part mortgage lender, part counselor,” he says. “It can be a confusing process, so I’m always available to guide my clients and reduce their stress as much as possible.”
This year, Boland reached his target of $100 million for the first time, while in 2015, he won the Biggest Gainer award for the largest increase in loan volume. He’s also ranked among the Top 200 Mortgage Originators in the United States by Mortgage Executive magazine for the past two years. “People have so many different stories, and I’m happy to be an asset to them,” he says.
Looking to his wife and children for support and inspiration, Boland is a true family man and is dedicated to being the best father he can be. When he’s not working or spending time with his loved ones, he enjoys mountain biking and road cycling.
