In 2017, Colette Connelly led a real estate team that produced over $40 million in sales.
“Most of my business is working with previous clients and referrals,” says Connelly, who has worked in Chicago residential real estate for 35 years. “As a result, I have the pleasure of working with a myriad of people, from celebrities to first-time homebuyers, and a variety of property types in downtown Chicago. I do not confine myself to one type of client, property or neighborhood. Everyone is treated the same, with the utmost attention and care.”
A result of her hard work and consideration for clients, Connelly is among the top 1 percent of Realtors nationwide, and holds too many other awards and honors to mention. Before joining the real estate industry, she worked at the Apparel Center representing women’s clothing lines.
“My last position was Midwest representative for St. John Knits, managing the Chicago showroom as well as doing trunk shows and fashion shows at all of the stores that carried St. John Knits,” she says. It was a career that provided experiences and travels she puts to use today when working with clients. “My clients appreciate my ability to listen carefully, my calming personality in stressful situations, of which there are many, and my keen knowledge of the market,” she says.
Connelly’s group member, Frances Moceri, believes that everyone has a place in the world, and she is determined to help all of her clients find theirs. Growing up in a family of custom homebuilders, she had a firsthand look at the real estate industry. She has centered her business on providing clients with the best service and creating long-lasting relationships with them. Allison Emery follows those same values, with an attention to detail, sense of urgency, organizational skills and the desire to help clients enjoy the process.
