Cadey O’Leary’s passion for design and new construction, coupled with her ability to deliver concierge-level service, consistency and results, has launched her to Top Producer status with the Chicago Association of Realtors and Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty. In 2018, O’Leary, founder of Cadey O’Leary Collection and a broker with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, is having her strongest year in sales volume and number of transactions.

One of her most significant career achievements was bringing into Jameson Sotheby’s and helping secure the sales and marketing contract for the premier condo development at Lincoln Common on the former site of Children’s Memorial Hospital in Lincoln Park. O’Leary and her colleagues are looking forward to launching sales for this highly anticipated, once-in-a-generation development later this year.

“I leverage my luxury development background in growing my business and serving my clients,” she says. “But also, my business background in providing clear, consistent communication, strategic thinking, strong counsel and results.”

O’Leary primarily works in new construction, luxury condo and homes sales in Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Bucktown and the surrounding neighborhoods. She has an affinity for luxury new development and design. A fan of the show “Fixer Upper,” she also has a keen understanding of the enduring influence and appeal thoughtful design and fine materials have on the market. Her business is chiefly based on personal introductions and referrals. “I enjoy serving both sellers and buyers,” she says. “I work mainly in the upper end of the market. My client base tends to be a mix of entrepreneurs and successful professionals from law and medicine to sales and finance.”

She consistently receives outstanding ratings from clients because she does what she says she’s going to do, builds genuine trust and serves clients’ interests first. “People intuitively know when you care about them and are committed to serving them,” she says.

Recently, she enlisted a coaching program to help her focus on business development and implement more policies and procedures to enhance client service and interaction. “The results in both my business growth and overall client satisfaction are compelling,” she says.

O’Leary co-founded and leads a networking group of real estate and related professionals. “Holding events and connecting people both personally and professionally is a favorite pastime of mine,” she says. A longtime Lincoln Park resident, she also serves on the board of the Sheffield Neighborhood Association, is a member of the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce and volunteers at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
