Prudential Preferred Properties has announced Dave Lulich as the Hinsdale office managing broker. Lulich will manage a team of 50 real estate professionals that live in and serve the greater Chicago and suburban area.

Over the past 24 years, Lulich has served a three-year term on the board of directors for the local Realtor association, editor of the South Suburban Board of Realtors newsletter and has taken on recent speaker and panelist roles for a national real estate convention.
