On Tuesday, Nov. 14, Mayor Rahm Emanuel spoke at the Renelle on the River press conference, marking the 60th tower crane to rise in Chicago this year. Construction will soon begin on Belgravia Group’s new 18-story luxury condominium building set right next to the Chicago River.
