An East Coast native and Rutgers University graduate, Jessica Jakubowski relocated to Chicago seven years ago and now resides in Frankfort with her husband Tim.  After thirteen years at a top educational publishing companiy, Jessica took a leap of faith, followed her dream of a career in real estate, and joined Baird & Warner. Though she’s only been in real estate for about two years, she’s quickly earned the respect of her clients and colleagues. “Becoming a Realtor gave me the opportunity to directly help people, develop long lasting relationships, and feel deeply connected to the community I live in.”

Whether they are first-time buyers, relocating, or downsizing, Jessica believes every client deserves a real estate broker who listens to their unique needs, educates and informs them throughout the process, and is personally dedicated to helping them achieve their goals.

In her senior management position prior to joining Baird & Warner, Jessica developed the communication and negotiation skills needed in today’s complex market. Currently leading the Frankfort office in sales, and ranked among the top 10% of agents companywide, she credits her success to her positive attitude, persistence and commitment to putting her clients’ interests ahead of her own.

“I am truly honored to be nominated among so many talented professionals for Rookie of the Year! I feel so fortunate to work in an industry I love and grateful for the opportunities to learn and grow. None of this would be possible without the resources at Baird & Warner and the support of the many talented cooperating brokers I have the privilege to work with and learn from. Thank you all very much for your votes and thank you Chicago Agent Magazine!”

Finalists:
Claire Schwab, @properties
Pam MacPherson, Dream Town Realty
