Sales are underway for Optima Lumina, a 133-residence luxury condominium community in downtown Wilmette developed, designed, built and managed by Optima. Located directly across from the Wilmette Metra station, the community combines elevated architecture, sustainability and customization in a walkable North Shore location. Optima Lumina features expansive residences, custom combination options, new retail space, a public plaza and more than 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. This is Optima’s first residential development to incorporate architectural terracotta. Move-ins are anticipated in 2028.
