Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate has announced the acquisition of Home Discovery Inc. and Altier Realty. Additional offices are now located on West Taylor Street, Webster Street and Belmont Avenue in the city, and on Main Street in Evanston. The company has also announced the addition of six agents who will now be known as The Home Discovery Team, led by Jennifer Mills.

Home Discovery has been serving individuals and developers in the north side and near north suburban markets for nearly two decades. In addition to Mills, The Home Discovery Team is comprised of sales associates Amy Dowiarz, Jennifer Hulls, Tim Hulls, Shaun Moskalik, Aaron Share and team assistant Tracy Hoggatt.
Altier Realty provides a boutique location that enables the company to serve the Tri-Taylor, West Loop and University Village neighborhoods, according to Ayers.
The new Koenig & Strey GMAC Chicago city offices will be managed by Michael Mazzei. The Evanston office will be managed by Mike Stern, branch executive of the Evanston Green Bay Road office.
