Beth Wexler and Joey Gault
The Wexler Gault Group
Beth Wexler and Joey Gault boast numerous distinctions in their real estate careers, and work with an unparalleled team of professionals in the North Shore and Chicagoland area. The Wexler Gault Group has been the No. 1 team operating out of @properties’ Highland Park office the last three years, and in 2015, they sold more than $50 million in real estate in Chicagoland.
Although they began working in Chicago, Weller and Gault’s business evolved quickly, and soon they expanded into the North Shore. They now serve clients from $100,000 through multi-million dollar estates, including luxury, new construction, empty nesters, first- time buyers, international buyers, and relocation. “We inspire each other,” they say. “We continue to work hard to maintain and grow the business we have created at all price points.”
Before entering real estate, Gault, a resident of Deerfield and the go-to broker in town, worked in the wealth management division of Mesirow Financial, where, as part of a team managing the assets of high- net-worth individuals, she learned critical financial skills easily transferable to structuring and negotiating real estate transactions. She also became keenly aware of client service and responsiveness. Gault says, “No detail is too small, and maximizing value is paramount.” Wexler comes from a real estate family – her father owned his own real estate company – and, after a stint in advertising, she naturally learned the nuances of purchasing, rehabbing, and managing buildings, as well as the key elements of the residential brokerage business. A resident of Highland Park and a long-time city girl, Wexler provides a sought-after perspective for those moving to and from the city.
Those skills, Wexler and Gault explain, provide them unique insights into meeting and exceeding their clients’ expectations, as well as taking over clients and listings wherein other brokers have not closed a deal. “We have taken over several listings that had been previously marketed by other brokers. We have helped sellers transform their homes with minimal investment, and not only sold their homes, but sold for top dollar. In one particular case, a broker had a property listed for more than a year. We painted, staged, and cleaned the home and sold the property at list price.”
Assisting Wexler and Gault at every stage is their exemplary team, providing a spectrum of skills, contacts, creativity, passion, drive, and dedication to client service and satisfaction: Lisa Reznick, Christine Egley-Rashkow, and Chantel Asner in the city; and Liz Salinas, Deborah Brill, Irene Mester, Scott Glazer, Jen Golding, Mora Sacks, and Jenny Lazarus in the North Shore. Team manager and partner Liz Salinas utilizes her marketing background and organizational skills to service Wexler and Gault’s clients, oversee administrative details, push marketing initiatives, and provide full-time brokerage services.
