Tamara Hirsch has joined the Crystal Tran Team with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, stepping into the role of operations manager. Previously, she was the director of portfolio leasing at Luxury Living.

Hirsch has worked in real estate for 16 years, specializing in luxury downtown Chicago properties. She started her career at Golub & Company, spending seven years as a leasing consultant. After obtaining her broker’s license in 2013, Hirsch transitioned to Luxury Living, first as a broker before taking on broader operational responsibilities. She progressed through the positions of leasing manager and senior portfolio leasing manager before becoming the director of portfolio leasing.

Hirsch spent a total of nine years at Luxury Living overall, earning the company’s first-ever MVP award there in 2019. She was also recognized as a top producer by the Chicago Association of REALTORS® in 2015 and 2016.

Now, at the Crystal Tran Team, she will focus on enhancing agent training programs, managing their CRM and lead systems, recruiting talent and boosting partnerships, particularly with Zillow Flex.
