Coldwell Banker Realty has added two new agents in the Chicago suburbs: Jessie Cobb and Jennifer Hawbaker.

Cobb will operate within the Western Chicago suburbs, specializing in seller-focused services. As a resident of Naperville, she has a deep understanding of that local community and is fluent in Spanish to represent a diverse range of clients. Most recently she was affiliated with Keller Williams Infinity.

“I’ve already hit the ground running since joining Coldwell Banker Realty,” Cobb said in a press release. “With their robust support from the marketing and management team, I’m now positioned to expand my business and enhance its efficiency.”

Hawbaker, meanwhile, will operate in Hinsdale. She represents both residential buyers and sellers, aiming to ensure they find the right home that maximizes their financial investment. Before joining Coldwell Banker Realty, Hawbaker was affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago.

Of the move, Hawbaker said, “The positive energy and pristine organization at Coldwell Banker Realty were what drew me to the company.”

Ayoub Rabah, Regional President, Midwest at Coldwell Banker Realty, also expressed his excitement over the addition of both Cobb and Hawbaker.
