Brokers Anna Fiascone and Natalie Ryan of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago (BHHS Chicago) recently oversaw a $2,750,000 transaction in Willowbrook: the most expensive home sale in that suburb in the past 10 years.

The duo represented the seller, and the sale closed on May 3. The buyer was represented by Nikoleta Atanasova of Baird & Warner

The home is located at 509 Ridgemoor Drive. It boasts seven bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms and 1.2 acres of land. Other amenities include a pool, a spa with a cabana, an open-concept chef’s kitchen, a four-car, heated garage, a mudroom and a coach house.

“Natalie and I really enjoyed working with our client to sell this unique property,” Fiascone said in a press release. “We’re also excited for the new owners who will no doubt enjoy this home, as it is perfect for entertaining.”

Ryan agreed, adding that, “Heading into the summer months, one can imagine how much the pool, spa and outdoor areas are going to be enjoyed … It was a pleasure to work on this sale.”

And it’s not the first record-setting sale for the real estate team. Last summer, they closed on a $5.1 million sale in Burr Ridge which marked the priciest residential transaction in DuPage County at the time.
