The Crystal Tran Team, led by veteran agent Crystal Tran, has officially joined @properties Christie’s International Real Estate. The team and its 11 agents come to the firm from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago.

Since 2017, the Crystal Tran Team has served Chicago’s Gold Coast, Lincoln Park, South Loop, Lakeview, Bucktown and West Loop neighborhoods. They closed almost $50 million in annual sales in 2022 and rank among Illinois’ top 50 medium-sized teams, according to Real Trends, based on transaction sides and volume.

Now based out of @properties Christie’s International Real Estate’s Gold Coast office, the full team includes Tran, Nitasha Kassam, Salma Torres, Armando Zires, Christopher Saucedo, Kimberly Trefilek, Kevin Little, William Logan, Scott Gomez, Andre Vazques and Salvador Perez.
