Linda Ridge-Markram, RENE, CRS, Ninja Certified, CPCC

@properties Christie’s International Real Estate

With a keen eye for design and perfectionist mentality, Linda Ridge-Markram is a Realtor with over 20 years’ experience in helping families find their new life adventure and home they love. Her first investment project was a farm stable renovated into a cottage when she was only in her 20s. That first dip into the world of real estate would ultimately change everything for this agent, who’s now recognized as a consistent million-dollar producer with @Properties Christie’s international Real Estate.

She started working in real estate in her birthplace of Southern Africa. Since then, she’s worked, renovated and lived everywhere from Southwest Michigan to Italy and the U.K. She’s a relocation expert—having gone through several global relocations herself. There’s no better agent to facilitate a move or advise on second homes around the U.S., Caribbean and Europe.

Consistently receiving feedback from clients on her strong negotiation skills and intuitive listening skills, she taps into her own life experience to best meet her clients’ needs. “I am a go-to real estate advisor, and I provide a constant detail-oriented, concierge-type service,” she explains. “Clients from years ago will ask for advice on their current moves. I’m always looking for opportunities to help my clients, even after a sale is closed and I’m grateful for their referrals.”

As a multiple cancer survivor, she knows the meaning of never giving up. “When I was diagnosed, I needed extra income to pay medical bills, which initially motivated me to become a regional top producer in my first five years. I still enjoy helping people in real estate and living life to the fullest celebrating good health.” She loves art, being outdoors and has a passion for travel.

She is devoted to giving back to her local community and helping others affected by cancer, volunteering with Imerman Angels, the American Cancer Society, Gilda’s Club and Heartland Alliance, as well as several charities in Africa that help disadvantaged people and artists.
